Lack of symptoms

Anyone find they have little symptoms? I've had no morning sickess. I felt a bit sick 6 days after sex up to about 5 weeks but it was on and off. Had constipation at 5 weeks then gastroenteritis not long after. I've gone off food, I don't enjoy much food, just eating because I have to as I have no fancies. I was peeing a lot early on but that stopped. Had sore boobs for a week. A bit light headed in the morning early on. I've had pains in my pelvis, vagina and bum and was told it's stretching, they didn't last long and came and went, I haven't had them in a few weeks. I was quite thirsty early on too until 7 weeks I say.

I'm now estimated at 11 weeks and I don't really have symptoms anymore. I'm tired but I suffered from fatigue before pregnancy anyway.

The only thing I seem to have is my belly getting bigger and some tightening feeling here and there.

My scan is on the 27th and I'm so nervous they won't find a heart beat due to lack of symptoms. I done a test a week ago and that was still positive. I've had no bleeding or anything.

Does anyone else have lack of symptoms?

I'm probably over worrying but would like to know if anyone is in my boat.

My hcg was checked at 6 weeks 1 days which was 8k odd then 17k at 6 week 3 days.
