Help me please anyone I beg!

So I was five days late on my period. And when af came I had severe cramping live never before I couldn’t even walk. Then I had big clots which looked like a baby. But I was getting negative tests so couldn’t be pregnant. Then took one after this happened and there was a faint line. Took another and there wasn’t anything. Last 2 days of my weird now and the blood is like orange/brown
