40 weeks on tuesday. on Friday i had contractions minutes apart lasting 40 sec to a min. went to get checked and was only 2cm dialted. they wanted to give me medicine to help relax to open up more but i didnt want to so i waited 2 hours than they checked and i was still at 2. so i just thought ok ill take the medicine to see if i dialte more. it made me get so hot,heavy,drowsy i was even shaking i think because i got scared. it just made me reallly sleepy after. the Medicine was morphine. they waited 2 hours more and i was still at 2cm so they just sent me home. i have not got anymore contractions since than. what can i do? i just want to go into labor😔 has anyone ever done labor with out no medication??
