Fever?

My 3 month old has a temp of 99.5 should I give her infants Tylenol? It sounds to me like she has a sore throat

I'd wait until it hits 100.0 degrees, then I'd go ahead and give her some. Fevers are kind of good, in a way. It's her body's way of raising her temp to try and kill off viruses/bacteria. It's only when it gets really high and stays really high that it can be bad for her health. You can alternate the Tylenol with infant IBProfren, as well, but try Tylenol first and see if that halts it. If it still continues to climb, 30-60 mins after you give her meds, you may want to think about taking her in. Good luck ♡ Hope she feels better ♡

Take her to the doctor. My son was about two months old. Ran a fever and the doctor said if it got above 100 I needed to take him. They have him some Tylenol and did a catheter to check for a UTI, they drew fluid off his spine to check for spinal meningitis and then decided to do a chest x ray to check for pneumonia. He ended up having pneumonia. If they suggest these things to you, tell them to do the x ray first. Had I of done that I could have saved him the trouble of the cath and spinal draw. Best of luck. Hope it's nothing more than a common cold. I hate seeing little ones sick!
