I think I get what you’re asking, but I’m not positive. Does your bladder feel tensed up and you can’t always pee right away after even if you know you need to? Because that happens to me sometimes so I’ll drink extra water and just kinda sit on the toilet until I can pee. Sometimes just continuously flexing the muscles without straining anything will help too. Don’t strain though because it won’t help you relax. It usually helps and only takes a few minutes for everything to finally return to normal.
