Adult Acne/daily skin care

After using proactiv and proactiv + for years and NEVER having 100% clear skin I am at a loss! I've been searching for a new complete skin care routine that will finally give me 100% clear skin that is gentle for sensitive skin, preferably cruelty free with natural ingredients. I've tried the Burt's Bees Acne Solutions, Burt's Bees Sensitive Skin, and Devonne by Demi which is not specifically for acne but it had amazing reviews. They all made me break out horribly! So ladies who have sensitive skin, who break out easily, what products do you use that actually make your skin amazing?
