5 weeks and my baby isn’t showing on the ultrasound

I’ve been spotting for a couple of days nothing heavy like a period but I was have side pains a few days ago and went to the ER they gave me a transvaginal ultrasound and the tech was so rough I started to bleed, and vomit I then had to go to another hospital do they could check me to see why I’m spotting.... my levels are going up the doctors say it’s a good thing but I’m so scared this is going to be my second child has this every happened to anyone ?
