Misoprostol for retained tissue? Help?

I had to take misoprostol 9 weeks ago for a missed miscarriage.

I have been bleeding and spotting and having discharge for almost 10 weeks and found out there was a small amount of retained tissue in my uterus.

I’ve since had two periods and neither ridded my body of all the tissue and continue to spot very mildly even though we were hoping my last cycle would do the trick.

I was given a prescription but wondering would I bleed and cramp a lot still even though it’s barely there and I’m barely spotting ? What are your experiences ?
