Has anyone been on the depo provera injection?

Hey 
I recently came off the depo injection in March, after 15 years of being on it. My periods are so irregular and heavy. I’m 30 on Thursday and feel it’s time I started trying for my first baby. 
Has anyone else been on depo and how long did it take you to get pregnant? Or is anyone else in the same boat as me because I feel so alone right now 😢

I have been off for a year now. I was on depo for 6 years. I got pregnant this past Oct but we had a miscarriage. Everyone is different thou. Just keep track of everything. I know me personally since coming off of them I feel so much better mentally and physically.

I was exactly the same as you on it for 13 ish years didn’t ovulate for 2.5 years only have started ovulating since being on clomid, I was having irregular heavy periods for 2 years after coming off the depo they were so heavy I had to go on iron tablets and sometimes would only have 14 days between AF
The depo is the worst thing I have ever done, don’t be disheartened just keep in contact with your Dr !! It will regulate itself some people seem to be ok after a few months as well

I was on it for 4 1/2 years been off for 2 1/2 and I’m still kind of irregular but I ovulate. Still haven’t conceived :(
