Possibility of being preggo????

So my hubby & I experienced a miscarriage with our first baby on Dec 4th. Went in for ultrasound at 9 weeks and no heartbeat. I had a D&C; done on Dec 4th, and stopped bleeding 3 days after and we BD ever since. Well the other day I had Ovulation CM and today I’ve had sharp pains what feels like ovulating pains- and today I wiped and there was light light Pink with sticky cm. Could this be implantation bleeding? Could I possibly be pregnant immediately( 2 weeks) after D&C;??? Has this ever happened to anyone?
