Faking my boobs

Before I state my problem let me give a bit of insight to why this happened.

So when I was younger I was all these girls around me were popin big boobs out like there was no tomorrow, one girl even had DD (keep in mind we are in middle school) and I just had A cups. Because of this i was made fun of so I started stuffing my bra. Now, years later I am still stuffing and I am 18 and in High School but I am afraid to stop because I don't want to be teased. What should I do?? I'm so embarrassed and I am even lying to my boyfriend who, though I know loves me very much and says time and time will love me again, I am afraid he might hate me. I also hate my body and how I look so having "big boobs" was one thing that made me attractive. What should I do?
