Could I be pregnant? Very confused

I am TTC baby #2. My OB suspected endometriosis at last week's appointment and I had an ultrasound today where they found 3 ovarian cysts.They are recommending surgery for both the cysts to be drained and to see any endometriosis that might be there.

They also found 4ml of fluid in my lower uterus, which they say usually indicated early, early pregnancy. I have had my period since the 14th so I don't see myself as being pregnant. What else could this fluid mean?
