Really scared

I’m 18 years old, sexually active, I’ve had about 10 partners, never been to a gynecologist, not on birth control, I’ve used condoms but not often. I am going to a gynecologist for the first time ever.. but I am going with my mom. I don’t want her to find anything else out. She knows I am not a virgin, but she doesn’t know I’ve had more than one partner. I’m scared but I still would like to know what’s going on with my body. When I go for my appointment, is it possible to privately talk to the doctor without my mom being in the room?
