Domestic violence

I know this has nothing to do but ..... i live in apartments i live in the second floor and where i live the walls are so thin that u can literally hear the neighbors. the people who live on top of me are a couple with 2 children but sometimes at night mostly i heard loud noises like the lady crying or things being thrown , banging etc. Ive heatd it more than once and im getting tired of it. But when i first moved here the guy was in the elevator with me and he asked if i was new and i said yes and he introduced himself and told me his name. Everytime he sees me he says hello with a nice smile and everything. But he doesn’t know that i know about him. The reason i know about him is because im good at trying to get info about someone so what i did was search up his first name and since i had no clue of his last name I searched up the name of the city we live in and his profile popped up( i was able to find out his whole name ) So today I decided to go on google & search up his name on google to see if he has a mugshot and i found his mugshot he was arrested for touch or strike/battery/domestic violence. I dont know what to do i’m only 19 so i dont know what to do because the lady is an adult plus they have kids and i dont know if he can do something to her if the cops show up at the house or the kids get taken from their mother... I honestly dont know. And the manager here isnt gonna do anything. My mom tells me not to get into that but i feel guilty help
