CD1 first IUI this month

I am excited to have my first IUI this month and have my femara on standby to take on CD3. We have been ttc for 3 years now, and have been interrupted by his deployment and my deployment. I've had a miscarriage when I was 23, now I am 30. My period is ridiculously regular at 29 days or so, we've timed it. My pelvic ultrasound last year, the doc was worried that I may have PCOS forming, but this year whatever it was had cleared up. I am terribly hopeful.
