Hot Flashes- Early Pregnancy Sign?

So yesterday towards the end of my shift, I started getting hot flashes (which I have never had before). I felt extremely warm, had some cold sweats and I took my pulse and it was higher than usual. I took my temperature three times (which ranges low usually) and it ranged between 98.6 and 99.9

When I got home, I took it again and it went down to 97.7- I was wondering if anyone has had hot flashes as an early pregnancy sign or am I just going crazy?? I'm only 2 DPO so I doubt that I would start showing symptoms already but I just wanted to get someone's opinion. Thank you!! 😊
