Put a drop of tea tree oil on it once a day every other day. I had keloids after my nose piercing. They’ll go away eventually (: you can get a bottle off amazing for pretty cheap

Keloid, if you’ve had it for a year like you said tea tree oil should be fine. I did it like 2 or 3 times a day for MAYBE 2 or 3 days and it went away and hasn’t come back
