Pregnancy actually made me more flexible?

So even when I was at my fittest (flat and 97lbs in high school) I could never touch my toes without bending my knees. My brother came over the other day and was bragging how he could (it was a big deal because he was recently diagnosed with a benign bone growth that has always limited his hip/leg movement).

Of course he then challenged me to try...and I could easily touch them both sitting and standing! Big surprise, because previously I could only reach halfway between my knees and ankles! 😐

Thank you 5-month postpartum body. 😂
