Third miscarriage

I went this morning for my 8 week ultrasound and found out that there was no heartbeat and the baby stopped growing at 6 weeks.

Last year in June I experienced the same thing only baby stopped growing at 8 weeks.

I also ended up having an ectopic in Dec of last year. This was the only one where I had cramping and bleeding.

With my past, Dr started me on progesterone gel at 6 weeks. He mentioned possibly doing some genetic testing after I have my D&C;

Does anyone have any suggestions of tests I should get? Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
