Watery tan/brown discharge

Hello ladies. Ok I know I’m prob crazy/ but given my history, I think you all would be too! LOL long story short- my last pregnancy last year I spotted throughout my entire pregnancy and every time I got checked they said everything looks good, looks normal must be a fluke.. well, I ended up going into preterm labor at 23 weeks in June of this year and lost my baby girl. Now I’m pregnant again, due in August. I am 5 weeks today and have tan brown watery discharge. I’m getting my levels checked again today- no pain nothing I just feel wet all the damn time!!! And it’s just watery brownish on my undies. Never when I wipe. Called the dr they said this is normal but I just can’t go through what I went through in June. This is more of a vent than anything lol
