Low supply do to being sick!!!!
Any advice would be appreciated!!! I have been sick for the last 2 weeks and my pumping out put when from 6 ounces a missed feed to 3 ounces if I’m lucky!!! I upped my water drinking over a gallon a day, take my supplements and have not taken any medication, as well as power pumping in the mornings . Any advice to get my supply back ?
