Oh my god I’m peeing all the time

I am 4w1-4d and I haven’t had too many symptoms (breast soreness, some fatigue) but I have a new one. I’ve literally just peed 3 times in the last hour. Each time I pee it’s like a full amount but not like a bursting bladder. I more just feel kind of uncomfortable all the time like I need to pee a little. Then I go and I feel fine for like 10 minutes and then I start feeling that pressure again!

I’ve only had one little bottle of water and a small protein shake that’s probably only like 10 ounces. I know not to limit my fluids so don’t worry I won’t do that. This is just ridiculous!
