Endometriosis AND Candida AND Celiac AND TTC???

just wanted to see if anyone out there has been diagnosed with these things and got pregnant?! I'd love to connect to see if you have any tips!

I've had 4 laperoscopy's to remove endo and cysts from ovaries --> the latter was only in the first surgery. And also was diagnosed with celiac 5 years ago, then candida overgrowth last year (but realized I have had it for years). Would just love any health tips since each of these is associated with infertility!
