Due at the beginning of the school year

so I'm due for my second baby to arrive a week before next school year starts, which will be my sons first year of school. My SO is the breadwinner and I am a stay a home mom with no help from anyone, only SO when he can. so my question is should I continue and enroll my son In school and just allow him to miss the first two weeks (if I have the baby on time) or should I do what my SO says and keep him home for one more year? SO thinks it'll be too much on us with a new baby, no sleep & he is the only one of us who can drive so he feels he'd be taking my son and picking him up, although I'd be fine walking to and from to make sure my child gets his education. opinions please and thank you 💜
