The Mystery of Stretch Marks

You guys... I’ve come to realize that I don’t think my boyfriend knows what stretch marks are. I have stretch marks all along my sides, like my lower hips and patches on my stomach. This morning we were in the bathroom together while getting ready. He suddenly looks down at my stomach and says, “Babe, what are those?! Did you run into something?!” I think some of us can agree that sometimes stretch marks show up more prominently than other times. Sometimes my stretch marks look silvery, or sometimes they’re really red. This morning they were more red than usual. I said, “No baby they’re from gaining and losing weight so quickly.” And he just stared at them. I started laughing at him and he replied with, “I’ve just never noticed them before!” We’ve been dating almost 8 months now! How?! What?! He’s 30!😂
