Do any of us have babies who self settle already?

My babe is almost 10 weeks and in the early weeks she was great at self settling, however due to her acid reflux she is not so much. Through the day she does not sleep without a pacifier (which we were told to give her after a feed due to reflux) and even when she does she lasts 20-30 minutes max.

She does sleep through the night though, however she needs the dummy to suck on and then she will spit it out and sleep for a good 6-8 hours through the night without waking.

My worry is that she will become dependant on the dummy as she constantly wants to suck on something to soothe herself. She hasn’t worked out that her hands can go in her mouth and stay there to suck on!

Any advice on how I can help her self soothe, or is she too little yet for that? I just don’t want bad habits and would love to give up the dummy.
