Baby doesnt stop moving!

Our little girl moves so much in her sleep, ive even timed how often she changes postition in her sleep and she moves from one end of the bed to the other like every 3-5 minutes.. constantly all throughout the night. This is fine most the time because it doesnt wake her, but alot of the time she ends up headbutting the ends of her bed or the bars on the side where she throws herself around so much and shes always got bruises on her head and cheeks from doing this, as well as the fact that everytime she smacks her head (so loudly that it has been known to wake me up in a completely different room) it wakes her up each time too!

She has a normal size cot Im not sure what I can do to stop this because its getting ridiculous now and her fidgeting is getting worse and worse as she gets older
