The pill

I’m currently engaged but I’m getting married in May and we want to get pregnant during our honeymoon but I been on the pill for 3 or 4 years now and Im nervous that when I go off of it it will mess up my periods and I won’t know ever when I will get it again. And I wanna know when I should stop taking it so that It will be successful on our honeymoon. I’m nervous to talk to my doctor about it because I’m 19 but my fiancé is 26 and I don’t want to wait forever to start trying. Please help!
