Sex now this?! I’m concerned

My obgyn is on break for the Christmas holiday. I am 11 weeks and have had sex my entire pregnancy. I am having some weird chunky things when I wipe. My vagina is burning a bit but other then that no symptoms. I’m sorta concerned and don’t know if I need to go to the ER or urgent care. Can someone please give me guidance on what to do?
