How often do you feed your cat?

I feed my cat one can (85g) at night and she always has dry food available. I’ve been told this isn’t enough but I can’t get her to eat more. She doesn’t eat in the morning if I give it to her and she gets full from just one can.

That is plenty. She always has access to more food if she wants it. That's more food than I give my cats. 
(self control isn't a trait either one has grown)

I do the exact same thing. One can of wet food a day and I leave out dry food at all times. I’ve been told that this is too much, never too little! Don’t worry! If the vet has any concern about his/her weight they will bring it up to you.

The kitty should be fine if there is always access to food, but if you’re worried call your vet and just ask someone there what the vet thinks. My cats would all eat themselves to death if they could
