My baby is making me healthy.
I used to be the type of person who absolutely hated water. No joke. I would buy a water bottler and take 3 sips and never finish the rest. It was disgusting and had no flavor. I was hooked on Pepsi and ginger ale.
I also loved eating take out. Not actual home cooked meal take out but McDonalds and Popeyes. I would eat that kind of take out everyday. It’s amazing how I don’t have any health issues.
But ever since becoming pregnant, I started to love water. I absolutely cannot get enough if it. I feel so much cleaner, my face cleared up tremendously and I have more energy. I became picky in what foods I eat. I can’t stand the smell of Chinese food because of all the grease. It really turns my stomach. I’m really loving my diet now that I’m pregnant. I only hope to keep it up after delivering my baby. ❤️
