Vag problems!!

So I’ve noticed that every time I pee my vagina gets super itchy around the labia and I think it’s because of my pee every time this happens and I’m not sure what to do.. sometimes I’ll be in a rush and I dont get to clean myself really well and I guess it’ll start a itching.. but I’ve noticed if I use a wipe it doesn’t itch.. does this mean i have something on my pee, yeast?! Its so annoying. Ive tried usingg a cream and it works but its still itches here and there after i pee.
