daughters left nipple has a lump under it?

For the past week my daughter's left nipple has a lump under it. There is nothing leaking and it doesn't hurt her but it is raised and looks a little bigger than her right nipple. I am breastfeeding. Is it my hormones or what should I do? FTM

It’s normal. I actually googled it. It will go away. My LO was born with them on both nipples

My daughter had the same thing I took her to her pediatrician and he squeezed and a little milk came out he said it’s totally normal and it’s from her breastfeeding and her getting my hormones thru my breast milk eventually it went away :)
