37 weeks and a small amount of blood?

Hey guys! So when I woke up from my nap I went to pee and noticed a small amount of brownish bloody discharge on my underwear, when I wiped there was a little pinkish brown too the one time. It didn’t seem watery or really mucousy either? Idk? Baby is moving great though and it has been a very healthy pregnancy! I did call labor and delivery and she didn’t seem too concerned unless there was no baby movement or contractions, I guess I just wanted to know if anyone else had this and what came of it? I’m a first time mom (clearly😜)
