Weight loss duh
I’m 5’2 and 170lbs. I used to be a competitive weight lifter and then I got into nursing school and muscle turned to flab...I stress eat like no other or I don’t eat at all. I have zero self control when it comes to food...I have also NEVER lost weight. I know I need to control myself, I’m just lookin for some tips and tricks to help me
