I’m not sure what’s going (WARNING: This is disgusting)

Okay so today I have had diarrhea alllll day and just felt terrible in general. Well about two hours ago (8pm) I threw up and then I get better. Well now I’m starting to feel crappy again and have diarrhea again, it’s coming out like water, not poop and I’ve never had this happen before? I mean is this a stomach virus? I was completely fine until today.😬 and the whole poop thing is freaking me out because I’ve had diarrhea before but not kind that was coming out life water.😐

When I say it’s coming out like water I mean it literally looks like water but with yellow in it?

** I’ve been drinking ice water and just a little bit ago took some medicine for the diarrhea and I threw it all back up.

I can’t keep anything down, not even water.😮
