36 Weeks pregnant and experiencing random sharp shooting pains in groin area and; upper inside thighs?

Does anyone know what this is? I haven't really found any answers related to this type of pain.

36w....I've been having this, sometimes stops me in my tracks it hurts so bad. My Dr said sounds like the cervix is opening or trying to open,  she checked me and I was not dilated. She told me it will like get worse 😑

I’ve been having that since around 35 weeks. I just assumed lightening or sciatica. Doctor said it’s normal :) annoying though!!
