Confused

I’m 46 with one failed iui considering ivf with donor egg either frozen or fresh. My questions are as follows: When they give you a package deal and it says 6 eggs does that mean they use one egg per cycle or all 6 in the first cycle? Why is fresh eggs more pricey then frozen? Does the process for fresh eggs take longer than frozen? Like how does it all work? How do woman do this and still go to work? Any answers would be so helpful. The iui was so stressful I had to use my sick days. This time I’m hoping my period lands on my vacation time. Please any Advice is appreciated.
