Prolonged Breast Tenderness

Hello All! So why did Glow give me a notice that I should be "evaluated", since I have had breast tenderness for longer than 5 days? I am 40, have two children, ages 11 and 8, and my husband and I would like one more, if it isn't too late...
​I am on day 24 of my cycle, which typically last 31/32 days. I am having many other symptoms of pregnancy. I am 8 dpo. Any advice is very much appreciated. This is my first month using Glow.
