My baby boy is here earlier at 35 weeks and 2 days...but I’m sooo happy he is healthy!!! I came back to the hospital, after already being back and forth in and out since the beginning of November. This has been a long and difficult pregnancy due to me being high risk because I had a kidney transplant. I came to the hospital 12/12 and on 12/18 my doctor decided to induce me because I had been in and out due to stomach pain and headaches that weren’t going away. They had gotten really bad and my feet had swollen up bad. So I was induced around 6 am the next morning and was in labor for the next 2 days before the doctors decided they were going to do an emergency c-section. I only dilated to 3 cm the whole time, my doctor tried EVERYTHING. I was miserable 😣 I hadn’t eaten in 2 days I was weak, crying every minute and felt like I was dying. Finally on 12/21 at 2:03 pm Lyric Lamaur Landrum was born @ 5lbs. & 10 oz 😍😍😍 I was so in love with him the minute he came out. But as soon as he came out I had a panic attack and started tripping about the pressure I was feeling so my doctor had me sedated 😂. Once I was fully awake I was told he was in the NICU and after a day I finally got a chance to see my baby 👶🏾 he is soooo beautiful!! I just love him!! Praying we can be out of the hospital by Christmas Day. He just needs to get his feeding down. But I’m just so thankful that he’s here and doing as good as he is as well as myself. The best Christmas present I could of ever asked for!!
