Hip pain

In week 14 of pregnancy on a holiday in a different country, massive hip pain. Like all around my hip bones is screeching so is my neck head knees and elbows, the safe for pregnancy pain killer we have dose nothing, have had a hot shower and magnesium. Even laying down hurts, I have tried pillows under back, belly, in between knees. I know it is not static as I suffer from that for years. The only thing that hurts more than laying down is sitting up. I think it has come on / been aggravated by bad beds/ pillows in various hotels and being stuck in a car that is two small for hours. Anyone have any advice, I am in a bad way hear.
