Need some insight.

So. I had taken a test two days ago, just a dollar one. I had taken it later in the evening. I drank water earlier that day so idk if that had to do with anything. It’s was negative. But I have blue veins noticeable on my chest and my nipples are sore. Also have been very tired and hunger that I can’t get rid of. Any idea. Should I test again with a first response? (Had unprotected sex on nov. 10)
