How soon is too soon to take a pregnancy test?

I believe i am pregnant but u haven’t missed my period yet, it’s supposed to come in 8 days. i purchased a test you can take 6 days before your missed period but i read somewhere it’s best to still wait a couple days closer or after the missed period to better your chances of getting a positive. 🙄 what would you suggest?

you and I are in the SAME boat! my period is supposed to come in 9 days and I took a test just yesterday and got a negative. I'm going to take another one in about 5 days. From everything I have read online and Every where says that even several days after conception implantation may not have even occurred yet. but appearantly you can take a test 4 days before your missed period or on the day of your missed period with a preg test that is hcg sensitive! this site really helped me alot.. best of luck to you😊 http://www.countdowntopregnancy.com/tools/pregnancy_test_calculator.php

I always wait until the day after my period is supposed to start. It's hard, but gives me the definitive answer I'm looking for.
