im 16 years old teenage girl and i lost my virginity at 15, however it was a very bad and painful experience for me, i was bleeding for a very long time and it was just a very traumatic experience. And the problem is that since that day i cant have orgasm when i have sex with a man. is it because of me or something else causes that problem. please someone help xxx

that's normal. just enjoy. I'm 26 and still waiting for my first orgasm. been married 2.5 years. hopefully you'll have yours much sooner than that but not everyone gets them so easily!

I had a similar experience my first time. I was really nervous and as a result I wasn’t lubricated enough, and that made it painful. If you are 100% ready and willing and you produce enough lubricant it doesn’t have to hurt, but a lot of the time that is not the case. I would suggest spending time with yourself to explore your body without a man to see what you like. And it’s no pressure to orgasm! Just enjoy the experience.

I'm not fully comfortable talking about sex like that with a kid but your first time always hurts, but when your of responsible age to have safe sex then keep having sex often to get used to the feeling, if it still hurts go to a Dr or try using a lot of lube. I have a hard time having orgasms from penetration (very very common among women) and use a vibrator. It works and my husband has fun with it.
