Help!!

spotting on in off since last Tuesday, mild cramps too. Blood various to red to light pink sometimes when i wipe or just on a panty shield. I'm 6wks in 2 days. I've had a miscarriage in it was steady bleeding in bad cramps. I've had a ultra sound around in there was blood around the sac. I'm susposed to have another ultra sound this Friday. Has anyone had something similar like this happen in it ended ok? Or is spotting all these days probably bad?
