My symptoms are gone at 8 weeks

Since 5 weeks I have been feeling so tired, literally exhausted and the sickness has been vile, I hit 8 weeks 2 days ago and then bam nothing. I still got sore boobs but everything else has gone!

The bloating, the tiredness, the sickness, all gone! I’m so scared I had a missed mc in Feb at 12 weeks what if it’s happened again!?

My doctors don’t open again now until Wednesday which il go to to get a referral to the early pregnancy clinic.. but til then I am going out of my mind with worry :( I’m so sad.

2 chemicals and 3 mc in total, and 2 babies. I could cry.
