Can pregnancy tests dry positive but be negative?

So I have a one year old daughter, I’ve taken these tests before and had VERY faint positives after drying and I was pregnant. I took this test this morning after feeling weird and it dried to have a small line. I have the Liletta IUD and need advice!

Make a doctors appointment if you feel like you’re pregnant or wait a week and take another test. A doctor can order a blood test to confirm you are or are not pregnant and your HCG levels double every day so waiting a week should give you a stronger result. 
However, “drying positive” is not a thing. The line when it dries is called an evaporation line. That’s why test tell you the result is only good to read within a specified time.
