Earliest time for a pregnancy test?

Question

I'm wondering how soon after one conceived a pregnancy test would show a positive result (even if it's a faint line)? 
After my MC the test now is complete negative and I was wondering if I would conceive now, when would it makes sense to test again? I haven't had an AF yet, so my cycle isn't back to normal.

I got pregnant after my first period after the last miscarriage. I tested positive the day before I expected my period. Try and wait one cycle to give your body and your heart time to heal.

I got my positive home test at 2w6d the next day I had my blood drawn and hcg was at 37, 48 hours later 129 so it all depends on how fast your levels go up :) most HPT will detect about 15.

I got faint lines (with FRER) at 10 dpo both times. Granted, I never saw the line the second time until I looked back at old tests in the garbage, apparently my urine was too diluted lol. If you know when you ovulate, don't bother testing until at least 9/10dpo, it's possible to get a BFP before that but chances are slim. If you don't know when you ovulate, aim for about 5 weeks after your miscarriage happened, since you haven't had a period yet (first cycle usually lasts longer).
