Someone help me please

Had an ectopic back in September that ended in tube removal.

Got told periods wouldn't be regular straight away but they were?

Then this month I was due on On the 24th. But nothing .. like no blood?

But I have been getting some pains in my lower abdomen and had some sickness. I keep getting hot aswell,, and today I didnt even eat my roast cos I "just didnt fancy it" ..

just don't want to keep my mind running too much and think the worst . Can someone just please reassure me a "normal" pregnancy can happen so soon after an ectopic ?? 😩

Gonna get a test tomorrow if still haven't come on ...
