So i masturbate with a vibrator and can cum fine, if i or my boyfriend finger me however nothing happens. I can do it for 20mins and not even be close to orgasming. I tried to masturbate with my vibrator and stop just before i orgasmed and then use my fingers but as soon as i stopped the vibrator my orgasm went completely and i couldnt again, is this something i cant change or is there something i can do about it??

I've heard Sometimes vibrators can actually deaden the clitoris to other stimulation. This can mean that he only way you can reach orgasm is through using your vibrator as it's been desensitised. I'd recommend using the vibrator less and trying exploring other methods of masturbation such as using the bath faucet (or detachable shower head if you have one). Also keep trying using your fingers, I know how frustrating it can be taking so long, as I'm not easy to reach orgasm no matter what I use, but just be patient and ensure that you are aroused when your masturbating or with your boyfriend whilst exploring
